• removed an internal wall between the kitchen and the living area, • reconfigured the space in the bathroom and powder room adding an extra toilet
• reconfigured the study and master bedroom adding a new wardrobe for the master bedroom and a new wall to wall shelving unit for the study
• laid new hybrid flooring throughout the house
• replaced weatherboard cladding on 3 elevations adding insulation and sisalation to the existing walls
• replaced ducted heating with new multi split system that can be used for heating and cooling
• replaced an old Hot Water System with a new Solar energy saving option
